Bamboo fences were attached at sidewalk on Jalan Simprug Garden 8, Kebayoran Lama. The attachment was done starting from Jalan Simprug up to Pasar Bata Putih, Grogol Selatan, Kebayoran Lama. It is aimed to prevent the area is occupied by street vendors.
We have controlled them several times, but they always come back
Munjirin Rasyid, Kebayoran Lama Sub-district Head, admitted his side has several times controlled street vendors. Due to ineffective result, bamboo fences then attached.
“We have controlled them several times, but they always come back,” he said, Wednesday (3/2).
